The motorhome is repaired and ready for our next driving trip. It was a lot of commotion and I am glad it is finished.
We've spent the last couple of days packing for our trip to Alaska. It is really two trips, the week trip flying into Anchorage and going on to Denali and a trip within a trip on a float plane to Brooks Falls. We are trying to carefully think through the baggage that will be stored while we go to Brooks Falls and the limited amount we can take on the float plane. Our camera gear takes up most of our weight allotment. I am used to bringing backup jeans and an extra pair of shoes for if one gets wet but won't be able too on this trip! It is only for one night but that camera gear is so heavy.
